  Chemigation- This is the injection of chemicals such as nitrogen and phosphorus that is fertilisers and soil amendments  into irrigation water. It can also be referred to as fertigation.

Robotics- This is the use of robots and automation in the farm particularly during land preparation and harvesting. It reduces farm costs and improves efficiency in time. Just like a computer  robots are fast and diligent.

Biotechnology has the potential to increase farm productivity. BT crops grow faster, some are modified to become disease resistant and reduce input cost in term of chemicals used. It is viable for production of allergen-free crop and increasing crop and crop oil content in plants.
