Fruit parlor- one can create a space where people get to hang out as they indulge in taking fruit juice and pudding. One has to be creative in creating juice cocktails and packing the fruit juices and puddings.

Banana production-bananas are very healthy in their raw form in which they are mostly sold. Interestingly, bananas can be converted into flour which is used in making porridge and ugali.it can also be made into crisps and jam.

Jam production-tree tomatoes which is also used in making smoothies can be processed to make jam. One can also decide to go the unconventional way and use hibiscus to make jam.

Nut value addition- Raw nuts can be processed by roasting which makes them even tastier. The nuts too can be crushed and grind to make peanut butter which is commonly used as a bread spread.

Yoghurt making- yoghurt is really yummy and can earn a dollar from it. It is made from milk and and other inputs such as flavors are easily available.

Hides and skins-this is a good idea especially if you are in cattle rearing areas.One can buy the skins and hides from livestock  keepers. He will then sell it to interested persons or tanning industries.

Cereal marketing-One can get the cereals from a wholesaler and repackage them according to the consumer preferences.

Warehousing-The warehouses can be used to accommodate market retailers and roadside sellers.They are popular near market places.

Seedling marketing-Where one has a small piece of land, it can be used to raise seedlings especially for exotic species and sell them to tree growers.

Grocery.

Organic food dine- Organic food is becoming popular day by day due to health and environmental reasons.
